When you contact us or submit our project assessment form we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, postcode, property type, project type, indicative budget, preferred timeframe, a description of your project and any photographs you choose to upload of the existing room or property.
We may also collect technical information automatically, including your device type, browser, IP address, referring source and the pages you visit on our website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- assess whether your project is suited to our service;
- contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS or email;
- arrange an in-home consultation and prepare an indicative scope;
- improve our website, services and customer communications; and
- meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — for example secure hosting, email delivery, customer relationship tools and accounting software — and with our licensed trades where required to deliver your project. These providers are only permitted to use your information for the purpose we engage them.

Form submissions and uploaded photographs are stored securely with our hosting and database providers and are accessed only by Pro Build Bathrooms team members who need them to respond to your enquiry.
